Friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond

During our stay at Rena Hotel, we encountered a minor inconvenience with our room. However, the young staff members were quick to respond to our concerns and worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. Their commitment to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was truly admirable. Despite this small setback, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the efforts of the staff. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service and friendly atmosphere.
